At Tinker Tales, we understand the importance of your Rakhi gifts. Each Rakhi is carefully packed to ensure it reaches your loved ones in perfect condition. We bubble wrap each package to ensure safety of your package, reflecting the love and care you put into your selection.

• Secure & Protective: All items are cushioned with bubble wrapping materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Inclusions: Each package includes packed rakhi along with a packet of Roli & Chawal.

Shipping Details

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 120, which is minimum order that we process.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

Please ensure accurate shipping details are provided to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation requests please reach out to us with your order ID received via email on our email: tinkertales9@gmail.com

• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns Policy.
• Refunds for Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be processed within 1 business day, and the refund will be credited to your UPI ID shared via email.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products (Rakhis), we do not accept returns for reasons other than incorrect items sent by us.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

• Refunds for Returns: Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 1 business day.
